Sermorelin 5 mg From Kalpa Pharmaceuticals
Sermorelin 5 mg is a GHRH peptide made by Kalpa Pharmaceuticals LTD, India. Its active substance is Sermorelin, a chain of 29 amino acids taken from growth hormone releasing hormone. Each vial holds 5 mg of lyophilized powder and you mix it with bacteriostatic water before lab use.
This is the shortest piece of GHRH that still triggers growth hormone release. Labs have used it in testing for decades, which is why the data pile on it is so deep.
The GHRH Signal In Short
Your brain releases GHRH in pulses, mostly at night. The pituitary answers each pulse with growth hormone. Sermorelin copies that first message, so a study can watch the pituitary respond without adding growth hormone from outside. That makes it useful when the goal is to measure how well the gland itself works.
Research Areas For Sermorelin 5 mg
Work with this peptide tends to cover:
Pituitary response - tested for output after a known signal.
GH pulse shape - studied for how strong and how long the release runs.
Body composition - examined in models of lean mass and fat.
Deep sleep - looked at since the natural GH peak rides on slow wave sleep.
Hormone decline - studied as GHRH levels drop with age.
All of this is laboratory research. Sermorelin 5 mg is not a medicine and is not sold for human use.
Store the sealed vial out of direct light in a cool, dry place. Once mixed, keep it cold between 2 and 8 degrees Celsius and use it within a few weeks. Do not shake it. Roll it between your hands instead and work with clean tools every time.
Stacks Other Labs Use
Sermorelin is often run beside a second growth hormone peptide. A popular choice is Tesamorelin 5mg by Dragon Pharma, a steadier version of the same signal. Some labs add CJC-1295 DAC 5mg for the long acting side, or Ipamorelin to cover the ghrelin receptor. Every growth hormone option we stock sits in the HGH and Insulin category.
Questions We Get About Sermorelin 5 mg
Why is it called Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide? That is the descriptive name used on product pages for the same substance, Sermorelin.
Do I need a prescription? No. You can buy Sermorelin 5 mg without prescription from our shop.
Is a 5 mg vial a good size to start with? It is the standard research size. For longer studies, order several vials from the Peptides and SARMS page.

How the math works
1. Find the concentration
Divide the peptide in the vial by the water added. For example, 5 mg ÷ 2 mL = 2.5 mg/mL, which is 2,500 mcg/mL
2. Work out the volume
Divide the dose by the concentration. For example, 100 mcg ÷ 2,500 mcg/mL = 0.04 mL
3. Convert to units
On a U-100 syringe, multiply the mL by 100. For example, 0.04 mL = 4 units
4. Check the syringe
Make sure the amount fits the syringe you are using
Worked example
Vial
5 mg sermorelin
Water
2 mL bacteriostatic water
Dose
100 mcg
Syringe
100 units (1 mL)
Concentration
5 mg ÷ 2 mL = 2,500 mcg/mL
Amount to draw
100 mcg ÷ 2,500 mcg/mL = 0.04 mL, which is 4 units on a U-100 syringe

Reconstitution & Storage
Mixing a peptide takes about a minute. Keeping it good afterwards is the part most people get wrong, so follow the guide below and then store the vial the way we describe underneath it.
How to Reconstitute
Follow the five steps in the guide above. Bring the vial and the diluent to room temperature first, add the bacteriostatic water slowly down the inside wall so it does not foam and swirl gently until the powder is fully dissolved. Never shake the vial and never spray the bacteriostatic water straight onto the powder.
How to Store the Mixed Peptide
Once it is mixed, the vial goes back in the refrigerator at 2 to 8°C (35.6°F to 46.4°F) and stays there until you have used it. Write the mixing date on the vial so the clock is visible, not remembered.
Temperature: a normal fridge, 2 to 8°C (35.6°F to 46.4°F). Not the freezer, not a kitchen cupboard.
Shelf life: about 4 weeks. Past 28 days, discard it.
Light: keep it in the box or a dark drawer. Direct light degrades peptides.
Handling: swab the stopper before each draw, use a fresh needle and never shake the vial. Swirl gently if it needs mixing.
Freezing: do not freeze a mixed solution. Ice crystals and freeze-thaw cycles cut potency.
Dispose if: the liquid turns cloudy, changes colour, or shows visible particles.
Unmixed powder is far easier to store. Keep it dry, out of light, at room temperature for short periods or at -20°C for the long term and reconstitute only what you plan to use.
