What Is Sermorelin 5 mg?
Sermorelin 5 mg is a research peptide from Axiolabs. On this page the pharmaceutical name is listed as Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide Injection. The substance itself is Sermorelin, a copy of the first 29 amino acids of GHRH, the hormone your brain uses to tell the pituitary to release growth hormone. Each vial holds 5 mg of lyophilized powder.
Because it copies the body's own signal, Sermorelin is studied for working with the natural growth hormone pulse rather than replacing it.
Why Researchers Buy Sermorelin 5 mg
Most lab work with Sermorelin looks at:
Growth hormone release - studied for the size of the GH pulse that follows.
Pituitary research - used to test how the gland answers the GHRH signal.
Body composition - examined for lean mass and fat changes in models.
Sleep studies - looked at because most natural GH is released during deep sleep.
Ageing research - studied since GHRH output falls as we get older.
These are research findings only. Sermorelin 5 mg is sold for laboratory work, not as a medicine.
The dry powder holds its strength until you mix it, so the vial travels well and stays good in storage.
How To Store Sermorelin 5 mg
Keep the sealed vial in a cool, dark and dry place. After mixing, store it in a fridge between 2 and 8 degrees Celsius and use it within a few weeks. Do not shake the vial, roll it gently between your hands to mix, and always work with clean tools.
Is Sermorelin the same as GHRH? It is the active first 29 amino acids of GHRH. The full hormone is longer, but this piece carries the signal.
Do I need a prescription? No. You can buy Sermorelin 5 mg without prescription from our shop.
How is it different from growth hormone itself? Sermorelin signals the pituitary to release its own GH. It does not add growth hormone directly.

How the math works
1. Find the concentration
Divide the peptide in the vial by the water added. For example, 5 mg ÷ 2 mL = 2.5 mg/mL, which is 2,500 mcg/mL
2. Work out the volume
Divide the dose by the concentration. For example, 100 mcg ÷ 2,500 mcg/mL = 0.04 mL
3. Convert to units
On a U-100 syringe, multiply the mL by 100. For example, 0.04 mL = 4 units
4. Check the syringe
Make sure the amount fits the syringe you are using
Worked example
Vial
5 mg sermorelin
Water
2 mL bacteriostatic water
Dose

Syringe
100 units (1 mL)
Concentration
5 mg ÷ 2 mL = 2,500 mcg/mL
Amount to draw
100 mcg ÷ 2,500 mcg/mL = 0.04 mL, which is 4 units on a U-100 syringe

Reconstitution & Storage
Mixing a peptide takes about a minute. Keeping it good afterwards is the part most people get wrong, so follow the guide below and then store the vial the way we describe underneath it.
How to Reconstitute
Follow the five steps in the guide above. Bring the vial and the diluent to room temperature first, add the bacteriostatic water slowly down the inside wall so it does not foam and swirl gently until the powder is fully dissolved. Never shake the vial and never spray the bacteriostatic water straight onto the powder.
How to Store the Mixed Peptide
Once it is mixed, the vial goes back in the refrigerator at 2 to 8°C (35.6°F to 46.4°F) and stays there until you have used it. Write the mixing date on the vial so the clock is visible, not remembered.
Temperature: a normal fridge, 2 to 8°C (35.6°F to 46.4°F). Not the freezer, not a kitchen cupboard.
Shelf life: about 4 weeks. Past 28 days, discard it.
Light: keep it in the box or a dark drawer. Direct light degrades peptides.
Handling: swab the stopper before each draw, use a fresh needle and never shake the vial. Swirl gently if it needs mixing.
Freezing: do not freeze a mixed solution. Ice crystals and freeze-thaw cycles cut potency.
Dispose if: the liquid turns cloudy, changes colour, or shows visible particles.
Unmixed powder is far easier to store. Keep it dry, out of light, at room temperature for short periods or at -20°C for the long term and reconstitute only what you plan to use.
