TB 500 & BPC 157 by Peptide Hubs
Accelerate Recovery & Improve Mobility with TB 500 & BPC 157
TB 500 & BPC 157 are two powerful peptides offered by Peptide Hubs that promote faster healing, recovery, and injury repair. TB 500, a synthetic form of Thymosin Beta-4, is known for its ability to accelerate tissue regeneration, increase flexibility, and improve recovery times. BPC 157, on the other hand, is a peptide fragment derived from a protein naturally found in the stomach, with extraordinary benefits for wound healing, reducing inflammation, and supporting gut health.
Key Benefits of TB 500 & BPC 157
- Faster recovery: Both TB 500 and BPC 157 work synergistically to repair damaged tissue, promote cell regeneration, and speed up muscle recovery after intense workouts or injuries.
- Enhanced tissue healing: BPC 157's healing properties are particularly beneficial for muscle, ligament, and tendon injuries, while TB 500 supports wound repair and tissue regeneration.
- Reduced inflammation: Both peptides help reduce inflammation in the body, making them ideal for easing joint pain and muscle soreness.
- Improved flexibility and mobility: TB 500 increases flexibility and joint mobility, making it ideal for athletes who need to maintain peak performance during training.
- Gut health support: BPC 157 also promotes healing of the digestive tract, which can be beneficial for individuals who experience gut issues from steroid use or harsh supplements.
How to Use TB 500 & BPC 157
For optimal results, TB 500 and BPC 157 can be used in a stacked protocol. Typically, you will inject these peptides subcutaneously (SubQ) or intramuscularly (IM) once a day. A common starting dose is 250mcg for each peptide daily for 4–6 weeks, followed by a maintenance dose of 250mcg every 2–3 days. The peptides should be stored at room temperature and mixed with sterile water or bacteriostatic water for reconstitution.

Reconstitution & Storage
Mixing a peptide takes about a minute. Keeping it good afterwards is the part most people get wrong, so follow the guide below and then store the vial the way we describe underneath it.

How to Reconstitute
Follow the five steps in the guide above. Bring the vial and the diluent to room temperature first, add the bacteriostatic water slowly down the inside wall so it does not foam and swirl gently until the powder is fully dissolved. Never shake the vial and never spray the bacteriostatic water straight onto the powder.
How to Store the Mixed Peptide
Once it is mixed, the vial goes back in the refrigerator at 2 to 8°C (35.6°F to 46.4°F) and stays there until you have used it. Write the mixing date on the vial so the clock is visible, not remembered.
- Temperature: a normal fridge, 2 to 8°C (35.6°F to 46.4°F). Not the freezer, not a kitchen cupboard.
- Shelf life: about 4 weeks. Past 28 days, discard it.
- Light: keep it in the box or a dark drawer. Direct light degrades peptides.
- Handling: swab the stopper before each draw, use a fresh needle and never shake the vial. Swirl gently if it needs mixing.
- Freezing: do not freeze a mixed solution. Ice crystals and freeze-thaw cycles cut potency.
- Dispose if: the liquid turns cloudy, changes colour, or shows visible particles.
Unmixed powder is far easier to store. Keep it dry, out of light, at room temperature for short periods or at -20°C for the long term and reconstitute only what you plan to use.
