MOTS-c 10mg by Peptide Hubs - The Mitochondrial Peptide for Performance & Fat Loss
MOTS-c 10mg by Peptide Hubs is one of the most exciting peptides in modern bodybuilding and performance science. MOTS-c is a mitochondrial-derived peptide that helps your body regulate energy, improve insulin sensitivity, and boost fat oxidation. For athletes and lifters chasing a lean, powerful physique, this peptide provides an edge where it matters most: fueling workouts, sustaining energy in a calorie deficit, and keeping fat loss steady without burning out.
Unlike traditional fat burners or harsh stimulants, MOTS-c works at the cellular level, optimizing how your mitochondria convert nutrients into usable energy (ATP). This means steadier energy during training, fewer mid-session crashes, and an increased ability to push conditioning work without sacrificing strength. On a cut, MOTS-c helps preserve lean mass while improving metabolic flexibility, so you burn fat more efficiently and recover faster between sessions.
Key Benefits for Bodybuilders & Athletes
🔥 Fat Loss Support: Increases fat oxidation and metabolic flexibility during cutting phases.
💪 Muscle Preservation: Helps maintain lean tissue while dieting by improving nutrient partitioning.
⚡ Steadier Training Energy: Supports mitochondrial function for better endurance and volume tolerance.
🏋️ Improved Insulin Sensitivity: Enhances carb utilization - ideal for pre-workout fueling and post-workout recovery.
🛌 Faster Recovery: Athletes often report reduced fatigue and quicker bounce-back between hard sessions.
How MOTS-c Works
MOTS-c acts as a cellular energy regulator. It increases AMPK activation, a key metabolic switch that improves glucose uptake and fat utilization. By boosting AMPK and mitochondrial function, MOTS-c supports both performance and body composition. This makes it an excellent choice for lifters looking to get leaner while staying strong, or endurance athletes who need sustainable energy without stimulants.
Practical Use in Bodybuilding
Bodybuilders often use MOTS-c 10mg during cutting blocks, recomps, or even off-season phases where insulin sensitivity needs a reset. The typical pattern is subcutaneous injection a few times per week, but protocols vary depending on goals. Always pair MOTS-c with a structured diet and resistance training - its best results show when nutrition and lifting are on point.
Stacking Options
MOTS-c + AOD 9604: Dual fat-loss support for aggressive cuts.
MOTS-c + NAD+: Cellular synergy - energy production plus repair (NAD+ 100mg by Peptide Hubs).
MOTS-c + HGH: Combine mitochondrial energy with GH-driven recovery (PH-Tropin HGH by Peptide Hubs).
Training & Nutrition Tips
Diet: Keep protein high (1.8-2.2 g/kg). Carbs should be clustered around workouts to maximize MOTS-c's insulin-sensitivity benefits.
Training: 9-15 hard sets per muscle per week, progressive overload, cardio via steps or conditioning blocks.
Recovery: Prioritize sleep - MOTS-c works best when recovery is aligned with circadian rhythm.
What to Expect
Weeks 1-2: Notice steadier daily energy, less crash during workouts.
Weeks 3-6: Improved body composition, tighter midsection, better conditioning output.
Weeks 6-10: Visible fat loss with preserved strength and muscle hardness.

Key facts
Approval status
A peptide made in the mitochondria; there is no FDA-approved dose or clinical protocol
Usual route
Injection under the skin (subcutaneous)
Sports testing
USADA lists MOTS-c as an experimental drug, so no therapeutic use exemption is possible; the WADA 2026 Prohibited List applies from January 1, 2026
Possible side effects
Reactions at the injection spot, changes in energy, poor sleep, swings in blood sugar
Do not use if
Pregnant, breastfeeding, with a history of cancer, with organ impairment, or a tested athlete
Combining with other products
Using it together with GLP-1 drugs, stimulants, thyroid medication, or other peptides makes side effects harder to trace

How the math works
1. Find the concentration
Divide the peptide in the vial by the water added. For example, 10 mg ÷ 2 mL = 5 mg/mL
2. Work out the volume
Divide the dose by the concentration. For example, 5 mg ÷ 5 mg/mL = 1 mL
3. Convert to units
On a U-100 syringe, multiply the mL by 100. For example, 1 mL = 100 units
4. Check the syringe
Make sure the amount fits the syringe you are using
Worked example
Vial
10 mg MOTS-c
Water
2 mL bacteriostatic water
Dose
5 mg
Syringe
100 units (1 mL)
Concentration
10 mg ÷ 2 mL = 5 mg/mL
Amount to draw
5 mg ÷ 5 mg/mL = 1 mL, which is 100 units on a U-100 syringe
Doses in the vial
10 mg ÷ 5 mg = 2 doses
Vial size vs dose
A vial marked "10 mg" holds 10 mg in total before it is mixed. It is not a single dose, and it does not mean you use the whole vial. The amount per dose depends on how much water you add and what your clinician prescribes. For example, 10 mg mixed with 2 mL gives 5 mg/mL, so a 2.5 mg dose is 0.5 mL, which is 50 units on a U-100 syringe.

Reconstitution & Storage
Mixing a peptide takes about a minute. Keeping it good afterwards is the part most people get wrong, so follow the guide below and then store the vial the way we describe underneath it.
How to Reconstitute
Follow the five steps in the guide above. Bring the vial and the diluent to room temperature first, add the bacteriostatic water slowly down the inside wall so it does not foam and swirl gently until the powder is fully dissolved. Never shake the vial and never spray the bacteriostatic water straight onto the powder.
How to Store the Mixed Peptide
Once it is mixed, the vial goes back in the refrigerator at 2 to 8°C (35.6°F to 46.4°F) and stays there until you have used it. Write the mixing date on the vial so the clock is visible, not remembered.
Temperature: a normal fridge, 2 to 8°C (35.6°F to 46.4°F). Not the freezer, not a kitchen cupboard.
Shelf life: about 4 weeks. Past 28 days, discard it.
Light: keep it in the box or a dark drawer. Direct light degrades peptides.
Handling: swab the stopper before each draw, use a fresh needle and never shake the vial. Swirl gently if it needs mixing.
Freezing: do not freeze a mixed solution. Ice crystals and freeze-thaw cycles cut potency.
Dispose if: the liquid turns cloudy, changes colour, or shows visible particles.
Unmixed powder is far easier to store. Keep it dry, out of light, at room temperature for short periods or at -20°C for the long term and reconstitute only what you plan to use.
